At Teachable Moments Learning Academy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Development Specialist to play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young learners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters intellectual, psychological, and physical growth in children. Key responsibilities include planning engaging games and activities, designing daily and weekly schedules, and providing basic care and caregiving activities. The successful candidate will also be expected to evaluate children's progress and communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed about their child's activities. Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate games and activities
  • Design and manage daily and weekly schedules
  • Provide basic care and caregiving activities
  • Evaluate children's progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with parents and keep them informed about their child's activities
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Child Development Specialist or Early Childhood Educator
  • Strong understanding of child development principles
  • Patient, kind, and nurturing approach
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • First aid and CPR certification
