Parking Operations Supervisor

As a Parking Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines, adhering to company policies and procedures, and fostering good client relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of parking operations, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines and company policies.
  • Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with management duties as assigned, including maintenance and repair of parking equipment.
  • Courteously assist customers and report any known accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and deal with unexpected events.
