Job Summary:

As a Valet Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. You'll assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, and extending a warm welcome to hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Unload luggage and assist guests with their belongings
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a Valet parking attendant, preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods
  • Valid Driver's License and 3 years of driving experience
