The Sales Associate plays a vital role in assisting the Store Management Team with various tasks related to the establishment, merchandising, and dismantling of a seasonal retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold Guest Services in alignment with Company Standards.
  • Drive sales through effective customer engagement.
  • Participate in promotional activities and sign waving.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Assist with merchandising, pricing, and signage.
  • Conduct POS operations and ensure loss prevention measures are followed.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years.

Physical Requirements:

Role may involve:
- Climbing ladders
- Setting up displays
- Lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds
- Extended periods of standing or walking.
