Job Title: CBRF Certified Behavioral Health Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and patient caregiver to provide support to autistic, schizophrenic, and other behaviorally challenged clients. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the living environment and standards of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Redirect residents with challenging behaviors and provide a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assist with personal hygiene needs, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare all meals and snacks, ensuring a healthy and balanced diet.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks, maintaining a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Pass medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, promoting social interaction and emotional well-being.
  • Accompany clients on errands and shopping trips, ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a caregiver for behaviorally challenged clients.
  • CBRF certification.
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule.
