Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapies and social services as needed.
  • Provide therapeutic treatment services to patients, including individual and group sessions, as well as crisis intervention and case management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication with patients, families, and referring providers.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to System policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or certification in a relevant field, with in-training licensure or certification a plus.
  • Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions, cognitive behavioral therapies, and social services principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification and formal training in managing aggressive patients required within specified timeframes.
