We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapies and social services as needed.
- Provide therapeutic treatment services to patients, including individual and group sessions, as well as crisis intervention and case management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication with patients, families, and referring providers.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to System policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in the field.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure or certification in a relevant field, with in-training licensure or certification a plus.
- Experience working in a psychiatric setting, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapies and social services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to System policies and procedures.
