About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Cashier to join our team at New York Marketplace and Brewery District. As a Seasonal Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with stocking and maintaining inventory levels, communicating any issues or concerns to leadership.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as business requires.
  • Experience using technology applicable to the position and access to information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive and engaging attitude.
  • Value collaboration and acting as a team player.
Physical Requirements
  • Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
  • Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.
