About the Job

As a Registered Nurse I, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatments under the supervision of a clinical manager.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care. Additionally, you will participate in unit-based quality improvement activities and contribute to research initiatives that advance the field of nursing.

About the Role
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures
  • Lead by example as a preceptor and mentor to new graduate nurses and less experienced personnel
  • Evaluate effectiveness of patient care and identify opportunities for improvement
About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the State of RI
  • A BSN degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing, ambulatory, or surgical services in a hospital setting
  • Previous high-volume clinic experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
