Position Overview
This role is situated within the Taxpayer Services Division, specifically focusing on the Memphis Accounts Management sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various program components and ensuring their effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must demonstrate a minimum of one year of specialized experience at a level comparable to the next lower grade in the federal service. This experience should reflect the necessary managerial and technical competencies.

Specialized Experience
Applicants should possess experience that illustrates their management and leadership capabilities, particularly in:
  • Applying management principles and techniques to achieve program objectives.
  • Overseeing both technical and administrative functions within a program.
