Job Description

The Program Coordinator, Implementation Science will play a crucial role in coordinating program management activities, ensuring seamless execution of projects and programs that align with the department's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Administer one or more programs or projects, defining requirements and coordinating with internal and external departments or service providers.
  • Develop communications regarding the program or project, including project plans and programmatic processes.
  • Develop and track metrics, providing complex data analysis and interpretation, and developing program-related reports.
  • Make recommendations for program or process improvements, providing inputs for systemic changes to program or project management processes.
  • Support the design and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures, developing processes for execution of program initiatives.
  • Engage with program management teams internally and vendors externally for coordination.
  • May include mentoring less experienced team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management and delivery.
  • Significant experience working with project planning tools, such as MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview, and MS Office.
Skills and Abilities
  • Working knowledge in the field of clinical medicine or public health, including knowledge in implementation science methodology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including communication upwards and downwards as needed.
  • Ability to look at data critically and draw meaningful conclusions, exhibiting strong critical thinking to identify trends and draw out insights.
  • Experience with mixed methods, including conducting qualitative interviews/focus groups and coding data.
  • Works with a high level of independence, effectively sequencing and prioritizing tasks within programs.
  • Proactively spots early indications of underperformance and takes corrective actions, celebrating successes and quickly rebounding from setbacks.
  • Comfort developing new processes and demonstrates a nimble response to program challenges, showing support for new project directions as details develop.
  • Works collaboratively to identify innovative solutions, demonstrating a good understanding of budget planning and tracking tools and processes.
Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70,720 - $126,880 per year for the role of Program Coordinator, Implementation Science.
