About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless car-buying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers throughout the car-buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure accuracy and transparency in our pricing and sales process.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient processing of sales paperwork and vehicle inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to provide expert guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
