Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and condition floral products, ensuring they are stored in a clean and organized manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including emptying trash barrels, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms and windows.
  • Stock and organize shelves in work and storage areas, ensuring vases and other hard goods are clean and in saleable condition.
  • Unload and unpack floral, plant, and hard goods shipments.
  • Assist the delivery team with client deliveries, weekly, event, and party installations, and transport product to our Greenwich, CT retail location as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in floral processing is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to take direction as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.
