At Dialogue Coffee & Flowers, we're seeking a skilled Flower Barista to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages
  • Assist with floral arrangement and maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide top-notch customer service and make recommendations as needed
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Passion for coffee, tea, and flowers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with latte art and floral arrangement
  • NYC Food Protection Certificate or ability to obtain within a month
