Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at McGriff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and carrier partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and servicing strategies to drive new business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with producers and marketing account executives to monitor and manage the renewal process for assigned clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, legislative changes, and new products to ensure expertise and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
  • Two years of relevant insurance industry experience.
  • Appropriate insurance license (Property & Casualty).
  • Strong client relations skills, including excellent communication skills and service orientation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree.
  • Certification in field of endeavor.
  • Experience with Requests for Proposal.
