Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing collections for past-due accounts from customers and distributors. This is a dynamic role that requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively balance customer relationships with financial responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales Operations team and collaborate across various departments to streamline processes, improve cash flow, and support overall sales objectives. Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial health while contributing to its growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global collections efforts for past-due invoices, working with third-party agencies, internal teams, and customers.
  • Monitor and communicate trade unit status across North America.
  • Manage logistics, shipping, and maintenance of demonstration units.
  • Create accurate instrument quotations and formal bid responses for Sales Partners and direct sales teams.
  • Provide administrative support to sales managers, including customer issue resolution and handling quotation inquiries.
  • Conduct research for special projects and prepare reports as needed.
  • Support and guide sales team in Salesforce usage, ensuring data integrity.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in collections management, with a track record of successfully reducing past-due accounts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
  • Adaptable and quick learner, able to grasp new software and processes efficiently.
  • Strong customer service orientation, balancing customer satisfaction with company financial objectives.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes related to collections and accounts receivable.
