Sales Vice President Opportunity at Yes Energy

**Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands market share* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations* Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to drive growth* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies* Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement* Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales approach remains effective and relevant* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets* Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
**Requirements:**
* At least 10 years of experience in sales or sales leadership, preferably in the energy industry* Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions* Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field* Experience working with CRM software and data analytics tools* Certification in sales or leadership (e.g., Sales Leadership Certification, Certified Professional Sales Person) preferred
