Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 – $200,000 annual base wage, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as 401k matching and profit sharing.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in relationship management, strategic business development, and a deep understanding of investment products. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key national accounts, driving sales growth, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth. If you have a proven track record of success in managing and growing relationships with key national accounts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other relevant subject, as well as a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in national accounts management, sales, or business development within the asset management industry.

You will also need to hold FINRA SIE Exam, Series 7 and 66 licenses, and have a proven track record of success in managing and growing relationships with key national accounts in the intermediary channel.
