Job Summary

Oak View Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our management team. This role will focus on department staff schedules, recruiting, tracking hiring status of candidates, and managing the game day check-in process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the game day employee check-in process, requiring weekend and night hours
  • Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
  • Develop and update reports on HR activity
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills, including reporting and creative thinking
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
