Key Responsibilities- Member Services: Greet members and guests, assist with questions and concerns, and promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor.
- Membership Management: Resolve member concerns, process membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers, and collect unpaid balances.
- Phone and In-Person Support: Answer phones in a friendly manner, assist callers with inquiries, and provide support to members and guests in person.
- Club Maintenance: Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, and communal spaces, and ensure restrooms are clean and stocked.
- Problem-Solving: Address maintenance and facility concerns, and promptly fix any safety or policy issues.
- Customer Service Background: Preferred experience in customer-facing roles.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Ability to use computer systems and software.
- Passion for Fitness and Health: A genuine interest in fitness and health.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Diplomacy and Integrity: Ability to interact with members and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner.
- Competitive Pay: $9.00 - $10.50 per hour.
- Weekly Pay: Paid bi-weekly.
