Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Attendant to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and collaborating with other departments to address maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Inspect equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor problems and basic upkeep of facility
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities to inform future maintenance decisions
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
  • Proficient in facility maintenance techniques and able to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
