About the Role

This is a leadership position within Amazon Services LLC, responsible for managing Virtual Vendor Flex (VVF) operations. The successful candidate will oversee the management of 1-5 vendors and up to 20 3PL fulfillment nodes, ensuring compliance with Delivery Estimated Accuracy (DEA), Productivity, and Inventory Management standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements
  • Develop and implement change management strategies
  • Provide on-site assistance to VVF nodes during launches and changes
  • Lead a team of vendors to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful virtual work and management
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel extensively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field
  • Industry experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Shipping, Data Analysis, and Process/Continuous Improvement
  • Experience as a vendor manager and process improvements (Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma)
