The Assembly/Filtration Specialist plays a crucial role in building and reconfiguring products at Netafim USA. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment to move products in and out of storage.
  • Use schematics to build or reconfigure products, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare Assembly products for shipment to customers, meeting delivery deadlines.
  • Complete detailed production and inventory information, submitting reports for completion.
  • Follow approved Assembly procedures and methods, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Integrate Lean, 5S, and other operational excellence programs, training staff and enforcing new behaviors.
  • Ensure the proper use of the Netafim USA ISO Quality System within areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Equipment certification (forklift, reach truck, order picker).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
Physical Demands
  • Warehouse environment.
  • Standing for long periods of time.
Salary

$21.00-$22.00 DOE.
