Bristol Bay Native Corporation is seeking a dedicated Grant Management Specialist to support our mission at Washington Headquarters Services (WHS). In this pivotal role, you will provide vital administrative and operational assistance to various Department of Defense (DoD) components, contributing to the overall success of our objectives.

A key requirement for this position is the ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and disseminate funding announcements.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations regarding grants, cooperative agreements, and cost-sharing arrangements.
  • Support all phases of award management, including pre-award, award, and post-award activities such as acquisition planning, source selection, and grant administration.
  • Assist in drafting pre-award documentation such as statements of work, statements of objectives, and conducting market research.
  • Interpret and apply Federal and Department of Defense regulations related to federal assistance vehicles and contracts to ensure compliance.
Support Services:

The selected contractor will be tasked with:
  • Evaluating acquisition packages and providing recommendations for FAR-based acquisitions.
  • Assisting in the development of market research, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP).
  • Contributing insights for FAR-based acquisition strategies through market analysis.
  • Aiding in the preparation of pre-award file documents for review and approval.
Award Support:

For Contract Administration Support, the contractor will:
  • Conduct administrative evaluations of proposals and quotes.
  • Perform price and cost analyses.
  • Assist in the formulation of award documents such as Price Reasonableness and Basis of Award memorandums.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
