We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Superintendent to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing field operations and supervising a team of Foremen and laborers/craft workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop Junior Superintendents to ensure the success of our projects.
  • Review and approve labor rates to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage contract administration and communication to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee job cost updates and cash flow projections to ensure timely project completion.
  • Review, approve, and negotiate changes to project plans.
  • Maintain daily records and conduct timely performance evaluations.
  • Recommend organizational, policy, procedural, or staff changes to improve team performance.
  • Review and approve promotions up to General Foremen.
