Lot Marker/Striper

Rose Paving LLC is seeking a skilled Parking Lot Striping Specialist to join our team. As a Parking Lot Striping Specialist, you will be responsible for measuring, remarking, and laying out parking lot bays, characters, numbers, and stencils using a mechanical striping machine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and layout parking lots in compliance with work orders
• Control traffic passing through work zones
• Review and understand equipment operations manuals
• Confer with Superintendent for project assignments
• Load and unload paint from trailers
• Apply paint using mechanical striping machines
• Assist in job site cleanup
• Run bi-weekly safety meetings and crew mini-huddles
• Participate in personal and field safety protection activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in parking lot striping and layouts
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
