Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project risk, finances, contracts, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Partner with our project team to develop and implement project plans, including procurement, site safety, and quality management.
  • Conduct constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, and life-cycle cost/benefit analyses to optimize project outcomes.
  • Manage closeout processes, including turnover packages, warranties, and record drawings.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports for our accounting and executive teams.
  • Manage relationships with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or a related field, with 5-10 years of management experience and project management experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project or P6, Bluebeam, Procore or Sage, and PowerPoint or Prezi.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail skills, with a strong customer-oriented approach and professional demeanor.
  • Current driver's license and insurable driving record.
