Position Overview:
The Hospital Anesthesia Department is in search of a dynamic and adaptable nurse anesthetist who thrives in a collaborative and compassionate healthcare environment. We are looking for a dedicated professional to become part of our exceptional team of anesthesia providers, consisting of 1 MDA and 5 CRNAs, committed to serving a local population.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package exceeding $270,000, which includes:
- Quality incentives up to $20,000 annually
- Callback pay and additional benefits
- A commencement bonus of $30,000
- $8,000 for annual CME, licensing, dues, subscriptions, along with paid CME time
- Student loan assistance
- Full-time hospital employment
- 52 days off annually, plus any earned leave
- Comprehensive benefits including a 401k match
- Paid malpractice insurance

Professional Details:
- Level IV Trauma Center
- Expanding Critical Access Hospital
- Construction of a new OR suite featuring 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs
- Four 10-hour workdays per week
- A team of 5 FTEs plus 1 CRNA float for pain management services
- Permanent, full-time position
- Supportive team environment
- Utilization of Epic EMR
