Position Overview:

As a vital member of the Paragon Architecture team, the Project Architect will lead both internal and external teams to achieve innovative and efficient design solutions. Success in this role hinges on a collaborative spirit, strong leadership, meticulous organization, and a flair for creativity throughout all project phases. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, the Project Architect will adeptly manage timelines, budgets, and project specifications while ensuring clear and effective communication.

Role Responsibilities:

The Project Architect will oversee all facets of small to mid-sized projects, ensuring seamless coordination of project efforts, both administrative and technical. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client budgets, schedules, and program details.
  • Facilitating project communication and documentation.
  • Assigning tasks to project team members.

This full-time role requires a bachelor's degree, with licensure preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Strong creative and design capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and lead a team.
  • Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in REVIT Architecture is essential.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Understanding of building construction processes and ability to produce construction documents and specifications.
  • Strong graphic and presentation skills.
