Lead Project Architect

Consider this opportunity if you:

  • Possess a professional degree in architecture (B-Arch or M-Arch) from a NAAB accredited institution.
  • Are a licensed Architect with over 10 years of relevant architectural experience.
  • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality project management.
  • Have a passion for leading teams through intricate project challenges.
  • Are interested in mentoring and supervising junior staff.
  • Possess a solid understanding of building science, sustainable practices, construction techniques, building codes, and zoning regulations.
  • Are proficient in Revit and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Have design experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or publicly funded projects.

As a valued team member, you will:

  • Collaborate with firm leadership to realize the creative vision of various projects.
  • Manage and coordinate integrated design teams throughout all design phases.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison for assigned projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to lead production teams in completing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Have the potential to lead a design practice group within the office, depending on your expertise.
