About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Industrial Control Systems Analyst to join our team at Teco Energy. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading complex software development projects, integrating applications with complex interfaces, and serving as a subject matter expert in multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex software development projects, collaborating with Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Partners to develop software specifications.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of software packages, driving substantial interaction with vendor resources.
  • Provide 24x7 primary and/or secondary support for one or more applications classified as niche, core, or mission-critical.
  • Support the request and analysis phases of SDLC by producing required documentation and estimates.
  • Execute the design, development, and implementation phases of SDLC by producing prescribed deliverables.
  • Participate on an Application Development and Support team as well as project teams under the direction of their manager or project managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline.
  • One or more professional certifications in specific job-related disciplines.
  • Ten years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Twelve years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Experience in the utility industry specifically in solar energy generation.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
