Compensation Structure

We offer comprehensive training, ongoing support, and mentorship. Our agents receive warm leads—no cold calling required. Training is conducted online, with events and one-on-one mentorship available. The average commission ranges from $450 to $600 per application, with full-time agents typically processing five or more applications weekly.

  • Part-time agents can expect to earn between $30,000 and $60,000+ in their first year.
  • Full-time agents have the potential to earn between $80,000 and $190,000+ in their first year.
  • Agency owners, after a few years of consistent performance and promotion, can generate a passive income ranging from $200,000 to $500,000+ annually.

Results are contingent upon individual attitude, effort, and skill level.
