Job Title: Registered Nurse / Emergency Department

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Newnan, GA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an emergency department or major trauma center emergency room and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients
  • Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition
  • Collaborate with health team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes
  • Assess and care for patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral problems
  • Perform phlebotomy and bedside testing
  • May be required to work with COVID-19-positive patients and Patients Under Investigation (PUI)
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years current experience in an emergency department or major trauma center emergency room
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or in a related field or a master's degree in Nursing or in a related field is highly preferred
  • Preferred to have the Certification of Emergency Nursing (CEN) through the Board of Certifications for Emergency Nurses (BCEN)
