Job Title:

Registered Nurse / Emergency Department

Job Summary:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill an opening in an Outpatient Clinic located in Newnan, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of current experience in an emergency department or major trauma center emergency room.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients
  • Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition
  • Collaborate with health team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes
  • Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with various physical and behavioral problems
  • Assess and care for patients with a wide range of physical and psychological diagnoses
  • Insert and maintain peripheral lines, central lines, and urinary catheters
  • Perform phlebotomy and bedside testing
  • Initiate patient education and provide discharge instructions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years current experience in an emergency department or major trauma center emergency room
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency
  • Unrestricted registered nurse license from any state (United States)
  • Preferred: Certification of Emergency Nursing (CEN) or Acute/Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) certifications
