Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage all candidate searches within the University Advancement department, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all levels of the organization.
  • Coordination and Logistics: Screen applications to ensure they meet desired qualifications, coordinate candidate interview schedules, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Record Maintenance: Manage all candidate information, feedback materials, and related documents in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and organized record maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in a human resources area or related field.
  • Experience: One to three years of related and progressively more responsible and expansive work experience in a human resources area related to the field of employment.
  • Skills: Demonstrates a high level of organization and reliability, exhibits strong multi-step thinking abilities, manages time efficiently, and maintains a service-oriented approach.
