Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz's established methods to ensure our leading brands are prominently displayed and adequately stocked.
  • Communicate effectively with store managers to ensure adherence to negotiated agreements and relay any concerns to the Mondelēz management team.
  • Adhere to the daily route planning provided by the operations team for optimal in-store service delivery.
  • Act as a representative of Mondelēz International, working closely with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
  • Drive seasonal sales initiatives, manage seasonal displays, and support new product introductions.
  • Collaborate with Merchandisers to maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years and possess a valid driver's license.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Must reside within a specified range from the primary location.
  • Availability for scheduling during weekdays and occasional weekends is required.
  • Willingness to relocate as necessary for business needs.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, bending, and carrying products.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage promotional and merchandising strategies to enhance customer relationships and generate innovative solutions.
  • Previous experience in retail or grocery sectors is advantageous.
