Friendship Community Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including showering, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities as needed, using a valid driver's license.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and incidents.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two+ years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with state minimum liability insurance required.

Estimated Salary Range: $14.10 - $17.75 per hour (based on 5.5 hours/week), dependent on experience and qualifications.
