TN Quality Care Hospice is a leading provider of hospice services based out of Clarksville, TN. We are seeking a skilled Chaplain to join our team on a PRN basis.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Chaplain to provide spiritual support to our patients and their families in the Clarksville, TN area. As a Chaplain with our team, you will be responsible for performing spiritual assessments, providing counseling and guidance, and facilitating coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform spiritual bereavement assessments of patients and families/caregivers in a timely manner
  • Provide direct spiritual care and bereavement counseling to patients and families/caregivers
  • Demonstrate exceptional service to patients, families, referral sources, co-workers, and other customers
  • Attend group meetings to facilitate coordination of care and discussion of interdisciplinary group involvement
