E-commerce Merchandise Planner

This E-commerce Planner position will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandise planning strategies that drive sales and profitability within the e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of e-commerce experience and strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and inform merchandising decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze e-commerce sales trends and data to identify patterns and growth opportunities
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts
Implement effective inventory allocation strategies across multiple sales channels and locations
Develop seasonal merchandise plans with a focus on peak sales periods, holidays, and promotional events
Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial plans for e-commerce initiatives
Monitor financial performance against targets, providing recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
5+ years of e-commerce experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both retailers and senior leadership
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, product development, and store planning
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to inform merchandising decisions
Experience developing product assortments based on market trends and sales performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve complex problems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF) and PowerPoint
Strong retail math skills, including margin, turn, and return on investment calculations
Bachelor's degree is required
