ROLE SUMMARY:
The IT Support Analyst II plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to end-users by providing effective solutions to a variety of technology-related issues. This position serves as the primary support level for internal customers, ensuring that their technology needs are met efficiently.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
  • IT certifications or relevant work experience are preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in supporting desktop and application technologies is essential, including familiarity with Dell and Lenovo laptops, HP and Datamax printers, and handheld scanners.
  • At least 2 years' experience with the following applications and technologies is preferred:
    • Trend Micro Antivirus
    • Citrix
    • Active Directory
    • Networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS
    • VPN client configuration
    • Microsoft Exchange/Outlook: rule creation
    • Microsoft Excel: knowledge of Macros and formulas
    • SQL or Microsoft Access database
    • Remote support tools – Bomgar is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Windows OS and desktop productivity tools such as MS Office is required.
