Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory procedures and instrumentation, as well as effectively communicating with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory procedures and instrumentation with intermediate knowledge and skill.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the laboratory team to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Develop and maintain intermediate knowledge of laboratory information systems.
  • Exercise critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, and decisive judgment to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
  • Five (5) years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
  • State license as either a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Supervisor with qualification in the area of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, or Biological Science.
