Job Title: Mobile Software Automation Developer
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Automation Developer to play a crucial role in the verification and validation processes of mobile applications across both Android and iOS platforms. The selected candidate will engage in a structured product development methodology that adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in mobile software development testing, including the creation and execution of test scripts for both iOS and Android applications, ensuring compliance with industry specifications and coding standards for medical devices.
- Establish and execute automation testing and integration testing strategies for various components and features.
- Guarantee traceability and compliance of code implementations with established software requirements.
- Contribute to the evaluation of existing designs in light of new or evolving requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance testing artifacts, including test plans, strategies, protocols, and interfaces, while implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated, semi-automated, and manual test scripts. Manage the estimation, prioritization, planning, and coordination of testing activities.
- Participate in the assessment, evaluation, and deployment of new tools and testing frameworks for iOS and Android applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Proven experience in crafting and implementing test scripts using programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, and/or Python, demonstrating a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles in accordance with quality system practices.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience across various software engineering domains utilizing diverse programming methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Appium, Selenium, and other quality assurance-related instruments.
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android software environments, including Xcode, Android Studio, emulators, and simulators.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing methodologies.
