Xylem Seeks Global Ethics and Compliance Manager

Xylem, a leading global water technology company, is seeking a highly experienced Compliance Professional to join its team as a Global Ethics and Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting Xylem's strong culture of ethics and compliance.

The Global Ethics and Compliance Manager will be responsible for administering the day-to-day operation of Xylem's global ethics and compliance program, collaborating with various legal and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance training programs to ensure employee understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Xylem's Code of Conduct and global training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal audit to ensure effective anti-corruption controls and programs.
  • Monitor legal, regulatory, and enforcement trends to ensure compliance with changing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain an effective compliance employee engagement and communication program.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a compliance professional, with a focus on anti-corruption issues.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the U.K. Bribery Act (UKBA).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
