Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to order, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive kitchen culture.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Department of Health standards and ensure that kitchen spaces are tidy and compliant.
- Support the team in maintaining a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
- 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a similar environment.
- NYC Food Handlers License.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
- English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.
- Hourly rate of $18 - $19/hr.
