Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Patient Liaison to join our team at RadNet. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the waiting room, including the greeter desk.
  • Collaborate with PSRs and their team lead/manager to ensure seamless communication.
  • Communicate deficiencies at the front desk to the front desk manager.
  • Carry a ThinkPad for scheduling, registration, and system access.
  • Facilitate patient complaints, feedback, and compliments as the primary point of contact.
  • Investigate patient feedback with the manager, team lead, and supervisor.
  • Communicate delays between the front desk and technologists.
  • Assist in process improvement (office workflow from the patient's perspective).
  • Represent the patient's interests and concerns.
  • Follow up on issues in conjunction with the manager.
  • Maintain a spreadsheet of patient feedback to identify areas of best practice and improvement opportunities.
