Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Beacon Specialized Living Wisconsin. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs to live their fullest lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care and support to residents, adhering to person-centered plans and behavior plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as cooking meals, laundry, and transportation.
- Administer medications as needed and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, promoting trust and respect.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
- A competitive starting rate of $18.50 per hour.
