Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services to HOA clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to ensure the bank remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Community Association industry.
  • Proven track record of building and expanding new banking relationships.
  • Excellent credit analysis and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, lending policies, procedures, and techniques.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent certification.
