Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare event spaces for guests, including wiping down seats and identifying potential hazards.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and assist them in locating their seats.
  • Scan event tickets to ensure proper entry and assist guests with ADA accessible seating.
  • Monitor event spaces for issues and opportunities to create lasting memories for our guests.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints.
  • Enforce building policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
  • Manage foot traffic flow and check identification for age requirements for alcohol purchases.
  • Be knowledgeable about arena emergency evacuation plans to assist guests in case of an emergency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Must be 18 or older and able to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
