Customer Service Ambassador

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a To-Go/Curbside Server at Nick and Jake's.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the point person for all to-go and curbside orders, managing the process from start to finish.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests during the order pick-up process.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared promptly and delivered to the appropriate pick-up area or designated curbside spot.
  • Maintain a well-organized workstation to facilitate quick and accurate order assembly.
  • Double-check orders for accuracy, ensuring that all items are included and properly packaged.
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests picking up their orders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred, but a passion for delivering exceptional service is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests and provide a personalized experience, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism during busy periods.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are upheld.
