Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell product, product knowledge, and customer service
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed
  • Maintain proper inventory controls and facilitate inventory transactions
  • Ensure adequate staffing at all times, scheduling staff based on business trends and making seasonal adjustments
  • Develop employees by training them in product knowledge, brand recognition, selling off the wall, customer service standards, sales standards/conversions, merchandising standards, and company policies/procedures
  • Supervise employees, enforcing policies/procedures, documenting disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and reporting incidents to upper management
  • Ensure store visual standards are met at all times, changing floor layout based on inventory and sales
  • Find new and exciting ways to attract customers and build repeat business
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience and a passion for leading a team
  • Retail clothing experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Face-to-face sales experience
  • Availability for full-time hours (36+ hours per week)
